Today the list shows the status from 2009, where people asked to be invited for 2010, either because they were there and liked it, or they had to cancel in 2009 and wanted to try again in 2010.
Each of them got a seperate e-mail asking the status for 2010 - I finished that job 2 days ago.
The answers (50 or so to date) I have not yet put in the database. It will be updated by the weekend.
By then I will have a more or less current status how many vehicles we will have, and we can then decide for waiting list -> invitation issues.
By now I have sent out 130 drivers invitations hoping that not everybody will come
