Yeah, I'll have to dig my R80/7 out of the back of my friends garage to see if I like it any better now than I used to, instead of working on these Rotax powered bikes.

Can anyone here tell me what is best, German or Austrian.

Do it. I like old beemers and made one for a customer last year. Great bike and lots of fun.
